Mair TV's final project Kyle Mair: The Movie eventually fizzled out but the corporation was never officially dissolved.  Joel Patterson pushed for a third series of Kyle Mair: A Life Story but all the plans always fizzled out.  In August 2017 plans moved up a gear but concerned over Mair TV's legacy and unsure whether they could live up to expectations Lewis Heffernan withdrew his support for the project.  Joel Patterson tried to plough on and in November 2017 Mair TV officially announced plans for a new project.  Old employees Ash Leckie, Calum Baird and Kyle himself had all distanced themselves from the project. In May 2018 Stuart Garden who had previously been vocal with his support for a new Mair TV project pulled out and facing a lack of support Patterson cancelled the new project.  The General Consensus had been reached that Mair TV was finished.  Mair TV was dead and buried.  But just seven months later a miraculous recovery was complete, Mair TV was back from the dead.  Resurrected some might say.  On the 31st December 2018 in a brief conversation, Lewis Heffernan made clear that he believed that the time was right for a third series but the news was to be kept under wraps until an actual episode was made.   On the 2nd of January 2019 Mair TV co-founder Joel Patterson uploaded a Snapchat Story with the words Resurrection 19 on it.  Despite the confusion, he and Lewis Heffernan both did the same thing again on the 5th of January - The night that the episode was completed.  The feature length return was unusually ambitious and largely inoffensive episode that broke new ground for the company.  At the end of the episode the Narrator announces that this final series of Kyle Mair: A Life Story will consist of four episodes.  There is no release date for these episodes because as Joel Patterson put it "We have never met one deadline so what's the point".  However, it is likely that one episode will be released on the 31st of January 2019 to mark the fourth anniversary of the creation of Mair TV.  The conclusion of this series will lead to a Boxset featuring all episodes, a bonus track edition of Kyle's greatest hits, a new biography and some exclusive bonus content.
